Recload — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from [your account page / by emailing

• Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period,

then stops renewing.

• You keep access to Recload until that period ends.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

• [14]-day money-back guarantee: if Recload isn't for you, email us within

[14] days of your first payment and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

• After that window, payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable,

and cancelling does not refund the current period (you keep access until it

ends).

• If you were charged after cancelling, or billed in error, contact us and we'll

make it right.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under

your local consumer law (for example, EU/UK "right of withdrawal"). Where those

apply, they take precedence over the above.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first — we can usually resolve

it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of

access.
