By downloading, subscribing to, or using Recload (the "Service"), you agree to
these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What Recload is
Recload is a desktop application that records gameplay on your computer, edits it
into a video, and uploads it to your own YouTube channel using your own Google
account. Recload is a tool; you are the creator and publisher of everything it
produces.
2. Subscription, billing & license
- The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $19.99/month (or the
then-current price shown at checkout), billed through Stripe. Local pricing
and taxes are shown at checkout.
- Your subscription grants you a **personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence to use Recload on up to [3]** devices while your subscription is
active.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see
the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
- You must not share, resell, or circumvent license keys, usage limits, or device
limits.
3. Your responsibilities (Acceptable Use)
You are solely responsible for your YouTube channel, your Google account, and all
content Recload uploads on your behalf, and for complying with **YouTube's Terms
of Service and Community Guidelines and the Google API Services User Data
Policy** at all times.
You must not use Recload to:
- Spam or mass-produce low-value uploads — large volumes of near-identical,
repetitive, or content-farm-style videos.
- Post misleading metadata — titles, descriptions, thumbnails, or hooks that
misrepresent the actual content of the video.
- Post repetitive or spammy comments, including identical comments across many
videos.
- Upload infringing content — copyrighted media you don't have the right to
use, or content that violates others' rights.
- Upload prohibited or illegal content — anything violating YouTube's
Community Guidelines or applicable law (harassment, hateful, dangerous, sexual,
illegal, impersonation, scams, etc.).
- Automate abusively or operate deceptive or policy-violating channels at
scale, or circumvent the app's limits or licensing.
4. Third-party services
Recload works with third-party services under their own terms: YouTube/Google
(your channel and uploads), Stripe (payments), and, if you enable the AI
writer, Anthropic (title/description generation). Your use of those services
is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for
changes to, or the availability of, third-party services (including YouTube API
access, quotas, or policies).
5. No affiliation
Recload is an independent product and is **not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by YouTube, Google, Roblox, or Anthropic**. All trademarks belong to
their respective owners.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided **"as is" and "as available," without warranties of any
kind**, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads will always succeed (they depend on
third-party APIs, quotas, and your account's standing). We are not responsible for
any action taken by YouTube/Google against your channel or account.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, channel
standing, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is
limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may
suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the
Service, or where required to comply with YouTube/Google policies or the law. On
termination, your licence ends; locally stored data on your device is unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted at [SITE_URL]/terms
with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to
conflict-of-law rules. [Optional: disputes venue / arbitration clause — get legal
advice.]
